BY-LAW NO. 2004-038
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
CREDIT UNION CENTRAL OF ONTARIO
FOR THE PROVISION OF TELEPHONE & INTERNET BANKING SERVICES
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement for contracted telephone and internet banking services to be
performed on behalf of the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham hereby accepts
the proposal by the Credit Union Central of Ontario for the provision of telephone and internet
banking services;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule"A" and forming part of this by-law between the Credit
Union Central of Ontario and the Municipality of Bayham for the provision of telephone
and internet banking services.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15TH
DAY OF APRIL 2004.
