BY-LAW NO.2004-031
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE RENEWAL
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
JOHN AND SUSAN LOEWEN (o/a Loewen's Lawn Care)
FOR THE PROVISION OF
LANDSCAPE SERVICES IN THE
MUNICPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did on April 3, 2003
enter into an agreement with John and Susan Loewen for the provision of landscape services for
municipal properties in the Municipality of Bayham;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and John and
Susan Loewen are desirous of renewing the agreement for landscape services to be performed for
a further one year term;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement between and the Municipality of Bayham and John and Susan
Loewen for the provision of landscape services be renewed for a further one year term
ending December 31, 2004;
2. THAT in all other respects By-law 2003-051 and the Agreement attached thereto are
hereby confirmed;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18TH
DAY OF MARCH 2004.
