BY-LAW NO. 2004-019
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF A SERVICE CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
RONALD GROVE
WHEREAS 0. Reg 170/03 requires daily free chlorine residual testing within all municipal
water distribution systems, including Municipality of Bayham Systems serving the communities
of Port Burwell and Vienna;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham has deemed it necessary to have
appropriately licenced individuals in place to discharge the duties of sampling and reporting
requirements in accordance with 0. Reg 170/03;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham now deems it
necessary and expedient to enter into a service contract Agreement with Ronald Grove;
NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement,
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law, between Ronald Grove
and the Municipality of Bayham, for the provision of water sampling and reporting
services for the Municipality of Bayham;
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
