BY-LAW NO.2004-014
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 200f-001
• A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2004-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT additional persons be hereby appointed as members of the Bayham Emergency
Management Program Committee as follows:
CEMC/Fire Service Sam Taylor
Transportation Company(Hazardous Materials) Ben Anekert
Industry(Hazardous Materials) Andrew Sebok
Public Works Department Robert Bartlett
Water/Waste Water Department Edward Roloson
Economic Development Kyle Kruger
Land Use Planning Margaret Underhill
Conservation Authority Cliff Evaniski
MNRIProvincial Parks Henry Valks
2. THAT in all other respects, By-law 2004-001 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS STH DAY
OF FEBRUARY 2004.
