BY-LAW NO. 2003-102
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2002-013
A BY-LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND KATHY BRADFIELD
FOR THE PROVISION OF CONTRACTED WATER METER READING
SERVICES
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed By-law No. 2002-013
February 21 , 2002, to authorize the execution of an agreement with Kathy Bradfield for the provision of
contracted water meter reading services in the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of extending
the subject agreement with Kathy Bradfield for an additional period;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement attached as Schedule "A"to By-law 2002-013 between the Municipality of
Bayham and Kathy Bradfield for the provision of water meter reading services be amended as
follows:
Item 10 be amended to read: "This Agreement shall be effective from the date of
execution up to and including the final reading for the period ended December 31,
2004."
2. THAT all other terms and conditions of the agreement remain in full force and effect;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of its enactment.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6TH DAY OF
NOVEMBER 2003.
