BY-LAW NO.2003-097
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2003-001
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayharn did by By-law 2003-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-laws
2003-013,2003-021,2003-045 and 2003-060 to amend such by-law;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
further amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF TIIE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following person be hereby appointed to the Bayham Community Health Action
Committee: Scott Campbell
2. THAT the phrase"or alternate"be added to the following members:
Lynn LeClair or alternate VON
Paul Huras or alternate TVDHC
Marlena Driedger or alternate ESTHU
3. AND THAT in all other respects,By-law 2003-001,as amended,is hereby confirmed and
remains unchanged;
4. AND FURTHER THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6th DAY OF
NOVEMBER 2003.
