BY-LAW 2003-086
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT STAFF TO PERFORM DUTIES
UNDER THE ONTARIO BUILDING CODE ACT
WHEREAS Section 3(2) of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, c.23, as amended,provides
that the council of each municipality shall appoint a chief building official and such
inspectors as are necessary for the enforcement of this Act in the areas in which the
municipality has jurisdiction.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary and expedient to appoint Mr. Danial Dale to perform duties under the Building
Code Act in the absence of the Municipality's Chief Building Official, Mr.Dwayne Daniel.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Mr. Danial Dale be and is hereby appointed the Deputy Building Official
for the Municipality of Bayham, to perform duties under the Building Code Act
and Regulations thereunder.
2. THAT the Town of Aylmer be compensated for this service, including milage,
upon receipt of an invoice.
3. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS rd
