BY-LAW NO.2003-084
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2002-03,AS AMENDED
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MUNICIPAL
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES FOR THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS Sections 227, 228 and 229, of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, as amended,
penults municipalities to pass by-laws appointing officers and employees as maybe necessary for the
purposes of the Corporation;
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayharn did by By-law 2002-03 appoint municipal
officers and employees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law
2002-103, 2003-003 and 2003-081 amend such by-law;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and expedient to
further amend By-law 2002-03 to appoint Margaret Underhill to the position of Co-ordinator of
Planning and Deputy Clerk.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Section 4 of By-law No. 2003-03 as amended,be further amended by deleting Sections
4(a) and 4(b)and replacing such with the following:
4(a) Co-ordinator of Planning and Deputy Clerk Margaret Underhill
4(b) Deputy Clerk Kyle Kruger
2. THAT in all other respects,By-law 2002-03, as amended,is hereby confirmed;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS rd DAY
OF OCTOBER 2003.
