BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THEAMAYOR AND
CLERK TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM, THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
TILLSONBURG AND WAYNE AND SANDRA CASIER
FOR THE LEASE OF LANDS DESCRIBED AS PART OF
PARTS 1-5, 11R-6476 AND PART OF PART 1, 11R6477,
BEING THE NORTH PART OF LOT 17, CONCESSION 4 IN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM, COUNTY OF ELGIN
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is a joint owner with the
Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg of lands described as Part of Parts 1-5, 11R6476 and
Part of Part 1, 11R6477, being the North Part of Lot 17, Concession 4 in the Municipality of
Bayham;
AND WHEREAS the Councils of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and the
Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg are desirous of leasing these jointly owned lands to
Wayne Casier and Sandra Casier;
AND WHEREAS the Councils of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and the
Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deem it necessary and expedient to enter into a lease
agreement with Wayne Casier and Sandra Casier;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this By-law
between the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham, the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg and Wayne Casier and Sandra Casier is hereby approved;
2. THAT tfe l Nta`yor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 4th day of
September 2003.
