BY-LAW NO. 2003-66
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
LINDA AND FRANK GIESBRECHT
FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE
VIENNA COMMUNITY CENTRE
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement with Linda and Frank Giesbrecht for the provision of management
services of the Vienna Community Centre in the Municipality of Bayham;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule"A"and forming part of this by-law between Linda and
Frank Giesbrecht and the Municipality of Bayham for the management of the Vienna
Community Centre;
2. THAT By-law 2002-088 and the attached agreement with Wanda Gillis is hereby
repealed;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7111 DAY
OF AUGUST 2003.
