MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO.2003-062
A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR
THE ABANDONMENT OF DRAINAGE WORKS IN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM IN THE COUNTY OF ELGIN
(SCHONBERGER DRAIN,BRANCH "B")
WHEREAS the requisite number of owners have petitioned the Council of the Municipality of
Bayham in the County of Elgin in accordance with Section 84 of the Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990,
requesting the abandonment of drainage works on lands described as:
Southeast section of Lot 24, and the south half of Lot 25,
Concesison 4, in the Municipality of Bayham, in the County of
Elgin (Roll Numbers 34-01-000-002-18500 and 34-01-000-002-
19000 respectively)
AND WHEREAS, the required notice to affected owners has been given and no notice has been
received requesting an engineer's report;
AND WHEREAS,there are no monies remaining to the credit of the said drainage works;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Schonberger Drain, Branch`B" drainage works as herein indicated and set forth is
hereby abandoned;
2 THAT this by-law comes into full force and effect upon the passing thereof
READ A 'FST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 17m DAY
OF JULY 2003.
