BY-LAW NO.2003-045
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2003-001
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2003-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-laws
2003-013 and 2003-021 amend such by-law;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayharn deems it necessary to
further amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the name David Mason be removed from all Committees;
2. THAT the following person be hereby appointed as the Council representative to the Port
Burwell Marine Museum Committee: Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre;
3. THAT the following person be hereby appointed as the Council representative to the Elgin St.
Thomas Trans Canada Trail Committee: K.C. Emerson;
4. THAT the following person be hereby appointed as the Council representative to the Bayham
Trans Canada Trail Committee: K.C. Emerson;
5. THAT the following person be hereby appointed as the alternate Council representative to the
Bayham Economic Development and Tourism Committee: K.C. Emerson;
6. THAT the following person be hereby appointed as the Council representative to the Bayham
Cenotaph Committee: K.C. Emerson;
7. THAT the following person be hereby appointed as the alternate Council representative to the
Port Burwell Secondary Water Supply System Joint Board of Management: K.C. Emerson;
8. THAT Council hereby appoints K.C. Emerson as a Council representative to the Otter
Valley Utility and Recreation Trail Committee;
9. AND THAT in all other respects, By-law 2003-001, as amended, is hereby confirmed and
remains unchanged;
10. AND FURTHER THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15"DAY
OF MAY 2003.
