BY-LAW NO. 2003-016
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2002-063
A BY-LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND DON HORTON
FOR THE PROVISION OF CONTRACTED SERVICES
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed By-law No. 2002-063
August I5t, 2002, to authorize the execution of an agreement with Don Horton for the provision of
contracted water meter installation services in the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of extending
the subject agreement with Don Horton for an additional period;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement attached as Schedule"A"to By-law 2002-063 between the Municipality of
Bayham and Don Horton for the provision of water meter installation services be amended as
follows:
Item 2 be amended to read: "The Contractor hereby covenants to perform such
services during the period of August 15, 2002 to April 30, 2003."
2. THAT all other terms and conditions of the agreement remain in full force and effect;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of its enactment.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20THDAYOF
FEBRUARY 2003.
