BY-LAW NO.2003-013
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2003-001
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2003-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following person be hereby appointed as a member of the Bayham Economic
Development and Tourism Committee:
Dave Howe;
2. THAT the following person be hereby appointed as a member of the Calton Cemetery Board:
Steve Kinsey;
3. in all other respects,By-law 2003-001 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
4. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6TH DAY
OF FEBRUARY 2003.
