BY-LAW NO. 2002-99
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY 01? BAYHAM
and
RODGER MARTIN, owner& operator of
LOBO PINES KENNEL
For Canine Control Officer & Pound Keeper Services
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement with Rodger Martin for the provision of canine control officer and
pound keeper services for the residents of the Municipality of Bayham;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between Rodger Martin,
owner & operator of Lobo Pines Kennel and the Municipality of Bayham for canine
control officer and pound keeper services.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 19TH
DAY OF DECEMBER 2002.
