BY-LAW 2002-92
BEING A BY-LAW TO IMPOSE
RATES AND FEES
WHEREAS Section 220.1 (2) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O., Chapter M.45, as amended
authorizes municipalities to set out by by-law, specific rates and fees to be charged for
services.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary to adopt a schedule of rates and fees for such services.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT effective upon final passing of By-law 2002-92, the Schedule of Rates and
Fees as set out in Schedule"A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law is
hereby adopted and shall remain in effect until amended or rescinded.
2. THAT By-law 2000-06 and any and all amendments thereto enacted by the
Municipality of Bayham, setting out any such rates and fees be and are hereby
repealed.
Read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of December 2002.

(All parties renting the Straffordville Community Centre or the Vienna Community
Centre must have a minimum$1,000,000.liability coverage limit. Proof of insurance
must be presented to Community Centre Manager prior to any event)

1/2 of rental fee at time of signing,balance due on date of function.
Cancellations require 30 days written notice be given or full charge will apply.
Fee Waiver
When a fee waiver request for the use of the Community Centre property is granted,a
minimum fee to cover cleaning costs is required as follows:
Full Clean $80
Partial Clean $40
