BY-LAW NO.2002-083
A By-law to amend by-law 2001-49:
to regulate building construction,
demolition,change of use permits,septic systems,
sewer connection permits and inspections
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of amending by-law 2001-49
under Section 7 of the Building Code Act, 1992.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT Section 7 of Schedule"A"of By-Law 2001-49 be amended by the inclusion of the
following:
Sewage Connection Permit
Note:
For all properties required to connect to the new sewage system located in
Vienna, Straffordville and Eden under By-Law 99-95(mandatory connection),
the sewage connection permit fee shall increase by$27 per month beginning
the first day of each month following the end of the initial nine-month
connection period until compliance is achieved.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME and finally passed this 21st day of
November 2002.
