BY-LAW 2002-16
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2000-06
A BY-LAW TO IMPOSE RATES AND FEES
WHEREAS Section 220.1 (2) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O., Chapter M.45, as amended
authorizes municipalities to set out by by-law, specific rates and fees to be charged for
services;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-
law 2000-06 adopt a schedule of rates and fees for such services;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham now deems it expedient to
further amend By-law 2000-06;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Schedule of Rates and Fees as set out in Schedule "A"of By-law 2000-06,
as amended, be further amended by inclusion of the following:
Service/Application Rate
Treatment of residential septic waste $10.50/m3
2. THAT in all other respects By-law 2000-06 as amended,be and is hereby confirmed;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
Read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of February 2002.
