BY-LAW NO. 2002-013
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND
KATHY BRADFIELD
FOR THE PROVISION OF WATER METER READING
SERVICES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement for contracted water meter reading services to be performed under the
jurisdiction of the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham hereby accepts
the proposal submitted by Kathy Bradfield for the provision of water meter reading services in
the Municipality of Bayham;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule"A" and forming part of this by-law between Kathy
Bradfield and the Municipality of Bayham for the provision of water meter reading
services.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 21st day of February 2002.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 21st day of February 2002.
