BY-LAW NO. 2002-08
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
PAM COLE
FOR THE PROVISION OF DOG LICENSING
SERVICES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council(Attie Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement with Pam Cole for the provision of dog licensing services in the
Municipality of Bayham for 2002;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Cleric be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule"A" and forming part of this By-law between Pam Cole, as
Dog Licensing Agent, and the Municipality of Bayham for the provision of dog licensing
services in the Municipality of Bayham during the period of February 1 to March 31m,
2002.
2. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 17th DAY
OF JANUARY 2002.
