BY-LAW NO.2001-118
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF TORONTO
FOR THE MODEL OF THE ASHTABULA
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and expedient to enter into
a two-year lease agreement with the City of Toronto for the model of the Ashtabula
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement with the
City of Toronto.
2. THAT the said Agreement is attached hereto as Appendix'A'and forms a part of this by-law.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 20'"day of
December 2001.
