BY-LAW NO.2001-103
A BY-LAW FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE
PROVISION OF CONTRACT WINTER CONTROL SERVICES
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WITH LAEMERS TRUCKING
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did on January 2,
2001 enter into an agreement with Laemers Trucking for the provision of contracted winter
control services;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayhara is desirous of renewing the agreement for
contracted winter control maintenance activities to be performed under the jurisdiction of the
Municipality for a further one year term;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
L THAT the Agreement between and the Municipality of Bayhain and Laemers Trucking
for the provision of contracted winter control services be renewed for a further one year
term ending April 15, 2002;
2. THAT in all other respects By-law 2000-100 and the Agreement attached thereto are
hereby confirmed;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15111
DAY OF NOVEMBER 2001.
