BY-LAW NO.2001-70
BEING A BY-LAW TO
AMEND BY-LAW 2001-12 AS AMENDED
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2001-12 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality ofBayham did by By-laws 2001-46 and 2001-68
amend By-law 2001-12;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
further amend By-law 2001-12;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the person Paul Bechard be removed, and Mitro Docheff or alternate Straffordville
Lions Clubs Representative be hereby appointed to act as member of the Bayham Community
Centres Committee;
2. THAT in all other respects,By-law 2001-12,as amended,is hereby confirmed and remains
unchanged;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 16TH DAY
OF AUGUST 2001.
