BY-LAW NO.2001-68
BEING A BY-LAW TO
AMEND BY-LAW 2001-12 AS AMENDED
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2001-12 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2001-46 amend By-law
2001-12; •
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
further amend By-law 2001-12;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following member of Council is hereby appointed as the Council representative to
the Bayham joint co-ordinating committee for the Partnerships Toward Safer Communities
Program:
2. THAT the following person is hereby removed from appointment to the Edison Museum of
Vienna Board:
John Nezezon;
3. THAT in all other respects, By-law 2001-12, as amended, is hereby confirmed and remains
unchanged;
4. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2ND DAY
OF AUGUST 2001.
