BY-LAW 2001-55
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A DEPUTY TREASURER/TAX COLLECTOR
FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS Subsection 77(2)of the Municipal Act,R.S.O., 1990 Chapter,M.45, as
amended,provides that Municipalities may appoint a deputy treasurer who shall have all the
powers and duties of the treasurer under this and every other Act;
AND WHEREAS Subsection 85 (1)of the said Act provides that the Council of every
Municipality shall appoint as many Collectors for the municipality as it considers
necessary;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it expedient to
appoint a Deputy Treasurer/Tax Collector;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Kyle Kruger be and the same is hereby appointed as Deputy
Treasurer/Tax Collector;
Read a first, second time and third time and fmally passed this 7th day of June 2001.
