BY-LAW NO. 2001-46
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2001-12
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2001-12 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend such by-law;
IHEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following person is hereby appointed as a member of the Port Burwell Marine
Museum Committee:
Nancy Vince;
2. THAT the following person is hereby removed from appointment to the Bayham Economic
Development and Tourism Committee:
Carole Reimer;
3. THAT in all other respects,By-law 2001-12 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
4. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 3RD DAY
OF MAY 2001.
