BY-LAW NO.2001-37
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY AND
HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT CANADA
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham has applied to Human Resources Development Canada
Job Creation Partnership Program for funding support for the position of By-Law/Office Assistant;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to enter into an Agreement with Human Resources
Development Canada for the provision of funding support under the Job Creation Partnership
Program to the Municipality of Bayham.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT the execution of an Agreement with Human Resources Development Canada be
hereby authorized.
2. THAT the said Agreement is attached hereto as Appendix TA' and forms a part of this by-
law.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 5th day of
April 2001.
