BY-LAW NO.2001-28
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT
ACTING WEED INSPECTORS
FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS Section 8 (1)of the Weed Control Act,RS.O., 1990 Chapter,W- 5,as amended,permits
municipalities to pass by-laws appointing one or more persons as municipal weed inspectors to enforce
this Act within the council's jurisdiction;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it expedient to
appoint Acting Weed Inspectors for the purposes of the Municipality;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Bryan Hall and Don Ciparis are hereby appointed as Acting Weed Inspectors for the
Municipality of Bayham.
2. THAT any appointment of a Weed Inspector for the Municipality of Bayham contrary to
this Appointing By-law is hereby rescinded.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon date of passage.
READ A FIRST,SECOND TIME AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THLS 22ND
DAY OF MARCH 2001.
