BY-LAW NO.2001-27
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CLERK
TO EXECUTE A DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE FOR LANDS
DESCRIBED AS PART OF BLOCK NORTH OF PITT STREET
WEST SIDE VICTORIA STREET,PLAN 12,VILLAGE OF PORT
BURWELL,MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM, COUNTY OF ELGIN,
PROVINCE OF ONTARIO,DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT
27653.(VIOLET FRANCIS BROWN)
WHEREAS a mortgage was registered by the Village of Port Burwell in the Land
Registry Office for the Registry Division of Elgin No. 11 on March 17, 1987 as
Instrument No. 281780 and being in regard to an Ontario Housing Renewal Program
(OHRP) loan;
AND WHEREAS repayment of the said loan has now been made in full by the said
Violet Francis Brown, and the solicitor for the Estate of said Violet Francis Brown has
requested the Municipality of Bayham to execute a Discharge of Mortgage;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute a Discharge
of Mortgage for lands described as west side Victoria Street, Plan 12, Lot 13
Village of Port Burwell in the Municipality of Bayham.
2. THAT this By-law shall take effect upon the date of its passing.
3. THAT the Discharge of Mortgage shall be registered in the Land Registry Office
for the Registry Division of Elgin No. 11.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 1ST
DAY OF MARCH 2001.
