BY-LAW NO.2001-24
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT
A BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS Paragraph 45 of Section 207 of the Municipal Act,R.S.O., 1990 Chapter,M.45, as
amended,permits municipalities to pass by-laws appointing officers and employees as may be
necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it appropriate
to appoint a By-law Enforcement Officer for the Municipality.
THEREFORE'ME COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Bryan Steele is hereby appointed to act in the capacity of By-Law Enforcement Officer
for the Municipality of Bayham.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect immediately upon third and final
reading thereof
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this lst day of March,2001
READ A THIRD TIME and finally passed,this 1st day of March,2001.
