BY-LAW NO.2001-12
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous to appoint persons to Boards and
Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it expedient to
appoint such persons by by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be and are hereby appointed to act as members of the following
Boards and Committees of the Municipality of Bayham:
(a) Committee of Adjustment

(b) Community Centres Committee

2. THAT the term of this appointment shall be for a one-year term, except Fe-)which shall be
for a term ending December 31,2003,and that appointees shall remain in office until
respective successors are appointed by Council;
3. THAT By-law 2000-28,and 2000-79 by-laws appointing persons to Cemetery Boards be
repealed;
4. THAT By-law 98-09 adopting a Board and Committee Structure be repealed;and
5. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 1sr DAY
OF FEBRUARY 2001.
