A BY—LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN TBE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND

FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE
VIENNA COMMUNITY CENTRE
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement with j1.) <, ,I / :" // for the provision
of management services of the Vienna Community Centre in the Municipality of Bayham;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule"A" and forming part of this by-law between
and the Municipality of Bayham for the management of the Vienna
Community Centre.
2. THAT this by-lawshall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4T11 DAY
OF JANUARY 2001.
