BY-LAW NO. 2000-97
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF A SERVICE CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
FABER MANAGEMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS The position of Treasurer for the Municipality of Bayham will be vacant for the
year 2001;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham has determined has deemed it
necessary to have an individual in place to discharge the duties of a Treasurer to pursuant to the
Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990 Chapter M. 45;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham now deems it
necessary and expedient to enter into a service contract Agreement with Faber Management
Services;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement,
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law, between Faber
Management Services and the Municipality of Bayham, for the provision of Treasury
Management Services for the Municipality of Bayham;
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7'h DAY
OF DECEMBER,2000.
