BY-LAW NO. 2000-79
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2000-28
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
CEMETERY BOARDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS The Cemeteries Act R.S.O., 1990 Chapter CA authorizes the establishment and operation
of Cemeteries;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2000-28 appoint persons
to Cemetery Boards for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham now deems it
expedient to amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT amendments in regard to the Guysboro Cemetery Board be made as follows:
1. the name of Doug Swinn be removed as Chairman and member
2. Dan Rayson be appointed as Chairman and Sheryl Rayson as Secretary-
Treasurer
2. THAT in all other respects By-law 2000-28 be and is hereby confirmed;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7TH DAY
OF SEPTEMBER 2000.
