A BY-LAW TO AMEND
BY-LAW 2000-42
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM AND DOUG LILLEY (D&S LAWNCARE);
HERMAN &MARY KLASSEN; KEN LAEMERS
AND JOANNE SMITH FOR THE PROVISION OF
LANDSCAPE SERVICES
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2000-42 authorize the
execution of agreements for Landscape Services for lands shown on the various maps attached
hereto as"Map #1" and "Map #2", hereinafter referred to as the"lands";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
amending the by-law for provision of landscape services on these lands.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF L'HE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement attached to By-law 2000-42 as Schedule "D" with Joanne Smith
be deleted;
2. THAT Section 3 of the Agreement with Doug Lilley (D&S Lawncare) attached to By-
law 2000-42 as Schedule"A" be amended to add the provision of landscape services as
follows:

- grass $2,800
3. THAT all other terms and conditions of By-law 2000-42 remain in full force and effect.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS
