HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law No. 2000-021 CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO. 2000-21 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND PATRICIA DICKINSON FOR THE OPERATION OF A MOBILE REFRESHMENT CONCESSION ON THE EAST BEACH IN PORT BURWELL. WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is the registered owner of the lands legally described as Plan 12, Lots 2 to 5, W/S Erieus Street, Plan 12, Lots 3 to 5,E/S Robinson Street, being an area of 1.10 Acres commonly known as"The East Beach"in the former Village of Port Burwell. AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of entering into an agreement for provision of a mobile refreshment concession for the 2000 season during the months of April, May, June, July, August and September. THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule"A" and forming part of this by-law between the Municipality of Bayham and Patricia Dickinson with respect to the operation of a mobile refreshment concession on the East Beach in Port Burwell on the lands described above for the months of April, May, June, July, August and September under the terms and conditions as set out in the Agreement. 2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of its enactment. READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 16th DAY OF MARCH, 2000. 9 MA JERK
