BY-LAW NO. 2000-01
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND
CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH HUMAN
RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT CANADA
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham has applied to Human Resources Development Canada Job
Creation Partnership Program for funding support;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to enter into an Agreement with Human Resources
Development Canada for the provision of funding support under the Job Creation Partnership Program
to the Municipality of Bayham.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHA.M ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement with
Human Resources Development Canada.
2. THAT the said Agreement is attached hereto as Appendix'A' and forms a part of this by-law.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 6th day of
JANUARY,2000.
