BY-LAW NO. 99-90
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 99-72 A BY-LAW TO
AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND
HERMAN KLASSEN FOR THE PROVISION OF WINTER
CONTROL (SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES)
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 99-72
authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement between Herman Klassen and the
Municipality of Bayham for the provision of sidewalk winter control maintenance activities to be
performed under the jurisdiction of the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham now deems it
expedient to amend By-law 99-72, Schedule"A" to reflect payment for additional work to be
done;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF TILE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule "A" Section 3 the words "Costs of services rendered will be fixed at a
per route rate of$75 for Port Burwell"be deleted;
2. THAT Schedule "A" Section 3 the words "Costs of services rendered will be fixed at a
per route rate of$85 for Port Burwell"be inserted;
1 THAT in all other respects By-law 99-72 be and is hereby confirmed;
4. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18TH
DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1999.
