BY-LAW NO. 99-86
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO
SIGN AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH HULME
PATTINSON FOR PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS PART LOT 1
PLAN 54 S/S FRONT STREET, E/S MAIN STREET VILLAGE
OF VIENNA,MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of entering
into an easement agreement with Hulme Pattinson regarding property described as Part Lot 1, Plan
54 SIS Front Street,E/S Main Street in the Village of Vienna for purposes of the corporation,
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to approve the
aforesaid Agreement by by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Council of the Municipality of Bayham authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
such documents as may be necessary to provide for entering into an easement agreement with
Hulme Pattinson for property described as Part Lot 1, Plan 54 S/S Front Street, E/S Main
Street in the Village of Vienna.
2. THAT the said Agreement is attached hereto as Schedule'A'and forms a part of this by-law.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4111 DAY OF
NOVEMBER, 1999.
