BY-LAW NO. 99-60
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM AND MIKE SCRUTON, MIKE SCRUTON
MARINE FOR HARBOUR PROP WASHING DREDGING
PROJECT
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into a contract with Mike Scruton, Mike Scruton Marine for the provision of harbour
prop washing dredging;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Contract
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between the
Municipality of Bayham and Mike Scruton, Mike Scruton Marine for the provision of
services to undertake a prop washing dredging project in Port Burwell Harbour in 1999.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of its passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 5th day of August, 1999.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 5th day of August, 1999.
