BY-LAW NO. 99-59
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM AND WAYNE HIGGS, HIGGS & HIGGSFOR
HARBOUR DRAG LINE DREDGING PROJECT
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into a contract with Wayne Higgs, Higgs&Higgs for the provision of harbour drag line
dredging;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Contract
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between the
Municipality of Bayham and Wayne Higgs, Higgs & Higgs, for the provision of services
to undertake a drag line dredging project in Port Burwell Harbour in 1999.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of its passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 5th day of August, 1999.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 5a`day of August, 1999.
