BY-LAW NO. 99-58
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM AND FISHERIES AND OCEANS CANADA FOR
HARBOUR DREDGING
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement with Fisheries and Oceans Canada with regard to harbour dredging;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham hereby
accepts the proposal submitted by Fisheries and Oceans Canada, being Order Nos. F2930-9-0079
and F2930-9-0080;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreements
attached hereto as Schedules "A" and "B" forming part of this by-law between the
Municipality of Bayham and Fisheries and Oceans Canada setting out the approved 1999
dredging projects and funding to be provided by Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Said
contract numbers F2930-9-0079 and F2930-9-0080.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of its passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 5th day of August, 1999.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 5th day of August, 1999.
