BY-LAW NO. 99 -35
A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE AN AGREEMENT WITH
ACRES&ASSOCIATED ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham(the "Municipality") desires to
execute an agreement with Acres&Associated Environmental Limited (the"Consulting
Engineer")pursuant to subsections 67 and 98 of Section 210 of the Municipal Act,R.S.O. 1990,
c.M.45, as amended for the provision of engineering services in accordance with the proposed
Engineering Services Agreement as prepared by the Ontario Clean Water Agency.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Municipality enter into and execute an Agreement for Engineering Services
with Consulting Engineer in accordance with the Engineering Services Agreement
attached to this By-Law.
2. THAT the Mayor and the Clerk of the Municipality are hereby authorized and directed
on behalf of the Municipality to execute all documents as may be required to give effect
to these presents.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and effect upon third reading and being finally
passed.
READ A FIRST, SECOND,AND THIRD TIME and finally passed this 5th day of August
1999.
