BY-LAW NO. 99-18
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
C. WIGGANS JANITORIAL SERVICE
FOR THE PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement for janitorial services to be performed under the jurisdiction of the
Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham hereby accepts
the proposal submitted by C. Wiggans Janitorial Service for the provision of janitorial services in
the Municipality of Bayham;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between C. Wiggans
Janitorial Service and the Municipality of Bayham for the provision of janitorial services.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 18th day of March, 1999.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 18th day of March, 1999.
