BY-LAW NO.99-07
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND
TCR ENVIRONMENTAL CORP.
FOR THE PROVISION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT
SERVICES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement for contracted waste management services to be performed under the
jurisdiction of the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham hereby accepts
the proposal submitted by TCR Environmental Corp. for the provision of waste management
services in the Municipality of Bayham;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between TCR
Environmental Corp. and the Municipality of Bayham for the provision of waste
management services.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
3. THAT any by-laws and agreements of the former municipalities of the Villages of Port
Burwell and Vienna and the Township of Bayham in regard to waste management
services be hereby repealed.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 27th day of January, 1999.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 27th day of January, 1999.
