BY-LAW NO. 98- 64
A BY-LAW TO RESCIND BY-LAW NO. 98-60,
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
AND CLERK TO ENDORSE TILE ELGIN AREA PRIMARY
WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF LONDON AND ELGIN COUNTY MUNICIPALITIES
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacted and passed
By-law No. 98-60 on July 2, 1998
AND WHEREAS it has been deemed that it is necessary to rescind By-law 98-60
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 98-60, being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to endorse the
Elgin Area Primary Water Supply System Agreement between the City of London and
Elgin County Municipalities which was enacted and passed on July 2, 1998 be hereby
rescinded.
2. THAT this By-law comes into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 16th day of JULY, 1998.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 16th day of JULY, 1998.
