BY-LAW NO. 98-32
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND THE
ELGIN— ST. THOMAS HEALTH UNIT FOR THE PROVISION OF
SEWAGE SYSTEM MANAGEMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement for contracted sewage system management services under Part VIII
(Private Sewage Systems)Program of the Ontario Building Code Act to be performed under the
jurisdiction of the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham hereby accepts
the proposal submitted by the Elgin— St. Thomas Health Unit for the provision of sewage system
management services in the Municipality of Bayham;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between the Elgin—
St. Thomas Health Unit and the Municipality of Bayham for the provision of sewage
system management services;
2. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect as of date of passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 16th day of April, 1998.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 16th day of April, 1998.
