BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 98-08
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MUNICIPAL
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES FOR THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS Sections 72, 73, 77, 85 and 207 of the Municipal Act,R.S.O., 1990 Chapter,
M_45, as amended permits municipalities to pass by-laws appointing officers and
employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 98-08
appoint officers and employees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham now
deems it necessary to amend By-law No. 98-08;
THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
HEREBY ENACTS THAT BY-LAW NO. 98-08 BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT under Section 1.20 the Position for Livestock Evaluers
the Employee Russell Mannell be deleted;
AND THAT the name Scott Gregson be inserted;
THAT Section 1.23 Poundskeeper be added,
AND THAT the Employee Scott Gregson be inserted.
Read a first and second time this 18th day of June, 1998.
