BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO, 98-03
A BY-LAW TO IMPOSE
RATES AND FEES
WHEREAS Section 220.1 (2)of the Municipal Act, R.S.O., Chapter M.45, as amended
authorizes municipalities to set out by by-law, specific rates and fees to be charged for
administrative services;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham by by-
law No. 98-03 on the 5th of January, 1998, adopted fees as set out on Schedule"A";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham now
deems it necessary to amend By-law No. 98-03;
THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-Law No. 98-03 be amended to set the Transient Trader Fee at$300.00
Read a first and second time this 5a`day of February, 1998.
Read a third time and finally passed this 5th day of February, 1998.
