BY-LAW NO. 98-12
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND STEVE
LAEMERS FOR THE PROVISION OF WINTER
CONTROL IN THE VILLAGE OF PORT BURWELL
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement for contracted winter control maintenance activities to be performed
under the jurisdiction of the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham hereby accepts
the proposal submitted by Steve Laemers for the provision of winter control in the Village of
Port Burwell.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule"A"and forming part of this by-law between Steve Laemers
and the Municipality of Bayham for the provision of winter control maintenance.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon fmal passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 22" day of January, 1998.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 22" day of January, 1998.
